Find Some of Unique Short Wedding Dresses for Bride

On your wedding day, you should feel the most beautiful. And for some of you, that means showing off your gorgeous gams! Whether you want to go with a more conservative just above the knee or a micro-mini, a short dress is a fun way to get things moving on your big day.

On your wedding day, you should feel the most beautiful. And for some of you, that means showing off your gorgeous gams! Whether you want to go with a more conservative just above the knee or a micro-mini, a short dress is a fun way to get things moving on your big day.

It’s also perfect for more casual weddings or for a short trip to the courthouse (just because you’re booked doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it in a gorgeous dress). And if you are a retro girl, your dream wedding could include only a short crochet lace dress, a bouquet of daisies and a lush veil.

Another reason why many women go short is that they don’t want a wedding dress. Some women dream of a fluffy princess dress and tiaras galore, and others, not so much.

I love the two slim options presented here (top, right and bottom), because even if they are still white, they can be worn again. Some may think they look a bit strict for a wedding, but I think Olivia Pope would totally flip that gorgeous coat (down) on her wedding day.

Some of these hemlines are not for the humble. Those who want to go too short can avoid looking like an extra in a Robert Palmer video by wearing neutral makeup, bare shoes and loose hair. Remember, if you go mini, you don’t have to worry about creating a statement with something else.

Although many of these short dresses are shown with stilettos, most of them would be just as great if combined with something lower. For example, that sweet cap-sleeved number (bottom, right) wouldn’t look good with a pair of gold flats?
